I Started as an Egg, and Tang San Became My Brother

Tang Siyin was still an egg when she was found. Even Ah Yin, who had seen plenty of things, had no idea what kind of egg it was. She figured they might as well raise it and see what happened. But it stayed completely still for ages. If it hadn’t occasionally wobbled, Tang Hao might have boiled it and eaten it. After Ah Yin sacrificed herself, Tang Hao missed her dearly and didn’t throw the egg away. To him, it had been there during the happiest times he and Ah Yin had shared, so it deserved to be protected. Then, when Tang San was five, a little mix-up led to Tang Siyin hatching. She became Tang San’s younger sister. Tang Siyin had originally been a beautiful, rich heiress on Blue Star. Her parents had both died, leaving her a huge inheritance to collect. Sigh! Just your average beautiful, rich person. Her favorite thing to read and watch was Douluo Dalu. She’d devoured the novels, comics, and anime, and of course she knew all about the merchandise, figures, side stories, and fanfiction. That night, as usual, Tang Siyin was curled up under the covers reading Douluo. She had no idea why, but suddenly her heart seized up and she kicked the bucket. When she opened her eyes, she was in the world of Douluo Dalu, and she’d become a tiny beast. Tang San: My little sister is delicate, weak, adorable, and gentle. We have to protect her! Tang Siyin: Aww, my brother is so nice! Xiao Wu: Sisi is so pretty and delicate. We have to protect her! The other five Shrek monsters exchanged speechless looks: ...You’re both right, okay? You’re both right! What they were thinking: She’s a spoiled Little Demoness with a hair-trigger temper. You think she’s delicate, weak, gentle, and adorable???? (The heroine’s golden finger is ridiculously powerful. I’m jealous and amazed by it myself. Oh well, there’s nothing I can do. Her golden finger has to be strong enough for her to keep up with the Seven Monsters.) This story has an established pairing! It’s an original pairing.
