I Made a Game About the Courtyard of Scheming Neighbors, and Players Are Losing It

Zhou Hao transmigrates to a parallel world with advanced technology, where he becomes a rich second-generation heir taking over the family business.

Unfortunately, the family business is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Luckily, the System comes online just in time.

With the System's help, Zhou Hao uses the 1960s-era Birds-Fill-the-Courtyard as his blueprint to build a theme park featuring VR games, livestreams, and other forms of entertainment.

The park's NPCs include the virtuous and venerable Yi Zhonghai, bloodsucking demoness Jia Zhangshi, saintly white lotus Qin Huairu, and the prim-and-proper beast Yan Bugui, among others.

When the park and its games launch, Zhou Hao invites saintly types like Yi Xiaochuan and Hou Pingping to serve as game testers.

After entering Birds-Fill-the-Courtyard, players like Yi Xiaochuan and Hou Pingping are driven to the brink.

Yi Xiaochuan: Boohoo! I want to go home to Mom!

Hou Pingping: Who would do something like this? I quit! I'm not playing anymore!

Zhou Hao: This is how you play Birds-Fill-the-Courtyard. I'll only demonstrate once, so watch closely!
