Ayatsuji Kyoujin 01: Jukkaukan Incident

The first time I came into contact with the works of Mr. Ayatsuji Yukito was when I was on a business trip to Wuhan when I bought a copy of "The Stand" from Xinhua Bookstore. After reading it, I remembered this Japanese writer. Although "The Stand" is not a detective mystery novel, the suspense and eerie atmosphere created by Mr. Ayatsuji Yukito in "The Stand" are extremely impressive and fully demonstrate his profound suspense creation skills. I have long known that Mr. Yukito Ayatsuji's masterpiece is the "Tate series" of authentic mystery novels, so I'm so lucky to be able to see them all this time! I have read the social reasoning works of Mr. Seicho Matsumoto and Mr. Seiichi Morimura, and I have also seen the new type of reasoning, and I like them both. Highly recommend this "Pavilion Series" work!

The performances of "Edgar Allan Poe" and "Edgar" later on are also great. At the end, he picked up his own crimes that were handed over to "inhumans" for trial at the beginning. Perhaps he could not bear the condemnation of his conscience and chose to accept the trial. Although my typing was messy, Mr. Ayatsuji Yukito, you are also very good at writing! ! !

The biggest one is that Jiangnan didn't even think of going to the island to have a look. At that time, they were standing on the coast and looking out, and they also knew that there might be danger on the island. Although he would definitely be stopped by Shousu when he proposed to go to the island, he left without any worries, which is a bit incomprehensible. Also, this ending, although it is a judgment from heaven, is a little rushed. I really want to know where Shimada is suspicious. For the local Shousu, he did it perfectly, and Shimada cannot know that the island's Norm is the local Shousu, so I am really curious. And then there's the tiny little point, how on earth did Leroux figure out something was wrong? His description has always been a bit of a stream of consciousness. He has been thinking about the scene of the sea lapping against the rocks. Shousu guessed that he saw a rope in the back, but I didn't see it when I turned to the front again. Finally, there was the motive. Shousu's motive was too simple. He kept saying that he was guessing that the other people in the wine shop were forcing him, but he killed six people without going into the details. This motive was too childish and untenable. All in all, it is still a very exciting mystery story, and the plot is also very complete. As long as you are physically strong enough, it is a perfect crime. Although there are some flaws that I think are flawed, the flaws are not hidden, and the word count is not many. It is very suitable for reading in one sitting in your spare time. Recommended
