Leonard Wall was accused of murdering wealthy woman Emily in an attempt to gain access to her huge inheritance, but he has repeatedly proven his innocence. Leonard's wife was the only witness who could prove his innocence, but she testified as a prosecution witness that he was indeed guilty of murder. The dog-shaped pattern on the wall; the radio that summons death; the secret of the blue porcelain jar; a crazy gray cat... Eleven mysterious stories, the most terrifying thing is not the "ghost", but the devil in your heart.

Note that the other stories have nothing to do with the prosecution witnesses and each story is independent
I especially like the appearance of the mysterious woman in the book. Just like Sherlock Holmes in "The Sherlock Holmes", she can always bring important clues at critical moments. Moreover, the mysterious and weird stories in the book also reminded me of "Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio". They are all stories that seem weird but actually contain profound truths. I think this book is worth reading. Friends who like mystery novels must not miss it!
