Halfway through, I felt like Amelia that the child was a poor child who had been wronged by the world. Unexpectedly, it was reversed! I still thought that the world was really like Lincoln said that only physical evidence could reveal the truth. . . Fortunately, it's reversed again 😄
The plot is cleverly designed and the details are well described. It is a mystery novel full of suspense and multiple reversals. It is full of surprises and surprises when reading. At the end, it is discovered that the original good guys are actually bad guys. From the beginning, everyone calls for beating the heinous people, but they are not actually bad.
The writing style of this book was intense and exciting, making me feel like I was at the scene of the case. Deaver's writing is very delicate, and his description of the character is very good, especially the sentence "Lyme needs to face the greatest challenge ever - against the criminal forensic expert he has taught and trained with his own hands." I can't wait to know the subsequent development. I think this book is worth reading!
This seems to be the third book in the series, and it's super exciting. The plot is repeatedly reversed and the characters are vividly drawn. Five-star recommendation.
