The Flute Player and the Swordsman

In the first year of the Chenyuan reign of the Great Du Dynasty, the emperor's ambitions stirred the martial world.

The wanderer Buxing wielded his swift blade to right wrongs, only to become entangled in courtly conspiracies. The scholar Shen Xianshu hid deadly schemes in his writing and returned to the martial world because of a secret letter. The swordsman Yan Meichen protected the people with his Azure Dragon Sword, while the wandering hero Feng Yunzi wielded a bamboo sword in the name of justice.

A flute sounded, swords flashed, and the scent of ink mingled with loyalty to the realm. When royal strife collided with grudges in the martial world, the heroes lived by love and broke through deadlocks with hatred, until all their feuds and grievances returned at last to the jianghu.
