This book is really good! The author Anan uses a multi-disciplinary approach to introduce us in detail to the past and present lives of 26 common herbal medicines around us. He also provides many pictures spanning ancient and modern times, so that we can experience the beauty of herbal medicines from multiple angles. Moreover, at the end of each chapter there are popular plant science knowledge and famous medical records, which is very informative. I feel that the author is really knowledgeable and has a lot of research on herbal medicine. It is worth reading!
