The Curious Case of Rye

This book, to be honest, when I saw the ending, I really felt sad. Then I watched the drama version, and it became even more sad when I saw the death of the maid. Grandma's books always seem to tell us that people who are addicted to love will not end well. The love she writes is generally the kind that is gradual and allows readers to feel the progress step by step. The kind that starts with "I love you, you love me, then it is probably over..." And the description of Brother Percy in this book is very handsome. "Blonde hair and white skin, even the eyelashes are light gold." This is very handsome when you think about it!

What is your biggest regret as a detective? Is it impossible to understand without clues, or does justice have to be late? Grandma's book made me think deeply. In the previous Miss Marple series, we followed the old lady to appreciate the British rural style and also revealed the evil behind the case. This time her eyes are on the city and the manor, but the evil is even worse than the countryside. A nursery rhyme runs through the case, and the truth is complicated and confusing. There are twists and turns. In the end, it is discovered that someone is just a chess player in an attempt to divert trouble to the east. Fortunately, the wise goddess of revenge recovered the truth from a few words, and joined hands with the messenger of justice to break the mystery and comfort the innocent souls in heaven.

Miss Marple is always so calm. I hope I will become wiser when I get older.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's so sad, the ending is really the highlight. But I guessed the murderer in advance. Hey, after reading too many grandma's books, I can figure out the story line, just like Miss Marple. After reading this book, I plan to read what others have written, especially about secret room murder. I feel like my grandma has never written about this subject. Maybe I haven't read enough?

It's not the eldest brother, but the younger brother, Lance, who is good at deceiving women and is clever and cunning. He repeatedly mentions the black thrush and has his own intentions. Several people are fishing in troubled waters here, which is simply dizzying. Miss Marple is so powerful that she can also make others lower their guard. This book is so interesting! I like Miss Marple so much, she is so smart! The murderer in the story kills people according to nursery rhymes. How scary! I hate Mr. Futesco's second wife.
