The backwardness of Chinese legal studies is mainly reflected in the teaching materials. Legal textbooks with empty content and boring language have delayed generations of students, wasted their time and energy, and stifled their interest and enthusiasm. Originally, the compilation of teaching materials should be based on existing scientific research results and systematically absorb nutrients from them. However, the academic style is exaggerated and the system is inefficient, especially in the legal field. Most of the so-called achievements and papers published are useless garbage. Even if the writers of textbooks are clever women, it is difficult to make a meal without straw. If the teaching materials are not up to standard, the younger generation will not have a solid foundation, and scientific research will have no stamina, which in turn will restrict the improvement of the quality of teaching materials. To break through this vicious cycle and write teaching materials that are in line with international standards, we must go beyond the academic world and seek materials from two aspects: first, the practical sector, mainly the jurisprudence of our courts and the practice of industrial and commercial, taxation and other departments; second, foreign jurisprudence, rules and academic discussions. There is no other way. This book strives in these two directions.
