This story follows the adventures of Tang Le, grandson of Tang Qian, and Lin Daiyu, his sworn older sister.
It also portrays the many lives of Universe 1006. When the red flag is raised over that land once again and the lion that once struck fear into capitalism awakens, what kind of story will unfold on this tiny planet?
Told from the perspective of ordinary people, this novel presents an expansive narrative without heroism, focusing instead on ordinary people struggling to make their own choices.
I don't really know how to write a synopsis.
Well, let me just add one last thing: the New Hope Republic in my book is what I imagine the Soviet Union might have been like after being reborn.
I'm not an expert on the Soviet Union, but I feel the world needs it. The Soviet Union's ideals were largely just, and deserve to be celebrated.
Anyway, I hope readers enjoy it.
The Grandfather Demon God's Troubles: Full Synopsis
Tang Qian, a Demon God of his generation, sets off on a journey through the multiverse out of boredom. To his surprise, he encounters Tang Le, his grandson in a parallel universe. His daughter Tang Yue has died of an illness, leaving the fluffy little fellow with no one to raise him. Longing for family, Tang Qian chooses to stay in this universe and raise his own grandson to adulthood. He originally only wanted to live a quiet life and send Tang Le off to college, but this extremely unstable cyberpunk society keeps dragging him into one crisis after another. Fortunately, he is a Demon God and can completely ignore the usual rules. In another universe, he takes the form of a woman and stays by the side of his wife Melanie's reincarnation, Mei Xuandie, as her friend. But Mei Xuandie's feelings for him seem to be gradually changing into something else... Then Lin Daiyu appears and becomes sworn brother and sister with his grandson. Oh, well, none of it matters anyway.
It looks so lonely. Does the author long for readers? Come on, I'm optimistic about you, maybe... Even though it feels very annoying and popular, there are still people who like it. I will help promote it. Although I am a socially introverted person, even on the Internet, I will work hard. In short, don't give up, although giving up is also your personal choice... Be happy.
