This book is very suitable for novices who have never been exposed to programming. It explains the basic syntax of Python in detail. However, if you want to go deep into Python, you should read more books for intermediate Python programmers. Many language features needed for real-life development are not covered in this book, but it is undeniable that this book is very suitable as an introductory book for programming. The back of the book talks about three very typical projects, one is pygame game development, one is Python scientific computing, and the other is web development. Although the talk is very shallow, it is enough for expanding knowledge and getting started with Python. If you want to learn Python further, you can refer to my book list (the ones I recommend are all ones I have read): Advanced: "Fluent Python", "Python Cookbook Chinese Edition (3rd Edition)" Going one step further is data analysis, web development, machine learning, etc. I won't recommend these books (because I haven't read much of them).
