The massage illustrations in the book are very detailed and the acupuncture points are clearly located. There are also real massage diagrams, which make it easy to understand at a glance. I think massage is really effective in relieving fatigue and pain, and it is very convenient to do it yourself. My biggest pet peeve is those acupuncture points that are difficult to locate, but the hand-drawn drawings in this book made it easy for me to find them. All in all, I think this is a highly recommended book.
