Qianxue, the Female Chancellor

Two sisters in the imperial harem: the elder sister is gentle and kind, while the female lead is a ruthless, sharp-minded schemer.

They both live in the palace. The elder sister becomes empress, while she serves as a palace official. There is no melodramatic rivalry over the emperor, only the two sisters looking out for each other. The emperor favors the elder sister, and after the previous empress dies, she takes her place. She bears two sons and a daughter and remains in the emperor's favor, but of course, others grow jealous and plot against her. The female lead clears away the obstacles for her sister and helps her secure her position as empress.

Meanwhile, the female lead keeps waiting for the husband she was forced to leave on their wedding night. But when he returns, he has another woman by his side. What will she do? The female lead never hesitates. Once he chose to betray her, she had no reason to care about their past. Even without a man, she remains a legendary female minister of the inner palace, protecting it for her sister and the new emperor.
