Minato and Shisui are definitely not in the same class, but they are about the same age. Both are famous in the ninja world for their speed. They feel very CP, so they are written in the same class.
It would be great without time travel, but I don't think the setting of the reincarnation eye is necessary.
I like the character design of this book, but the keyness between the eras is too weak and it creates a feeling of confusion. Anyway, cheers for the author.
