Mountains Stretching East

[Older sister and younger brother + Long-distance relationship]

[A sunny, carefree boy saves the girl he loves]

In her senior year of high school, He Yuxi developed depression. She met Nan Xin online, and he stayed by her side as a friend through her darkest days. With his support, she got into the university she’d been hoping for. After graduation, He Yuxi accepted Nan Xin’s confession. They began a long-distance relationship at university, and with Nan Xin’s support, He Yuxi eventually recovered from her depression. Along the way, they went through plenty of ups and downs, breaking up and getting back together. Fortunately, they never let reality defeat them.

He Yuxi once told her mother, “Before I turn twenty-five, I’ll marry someone I love. After twenty-five, I’ll marry someone my parents love.”

In her private space, He Yuxi has written: “I want to get married, to Nan Xin.” He is the cure for her depression, the “White moonlight” she wrote on her wrist.
