The mighty Qin swept across the six states and united the realm, bringing the title of emperor into history. The First Emperor raised Qin, and every dynasty that followed, to new heights. At the end of the Qin, no one expected its peak to pass so quickly, or its fall to come so soon. In an instant, “righteous armies” rose everywhere. Across the 7.5 million square kilometers of Qin territory, there were no fewer than six hundred of them. In the end, the Liu family emerged victorious and founded the Han dynasty.
