[Adapted from the social deduction game Werewolf on the High Seas, with a turtle soup mystery, a thick fog over Tokyo, illness, and loneliness.]
Loneliness is the most painful illness of our age.
That was the line Sakaki Fumio remembered best from what he once said to his boss. The second was:
"I can't drink another drop, seriously! Are you raising fish in there?"
I am a psychiatrist, and I am also a patient.
I consider myself a decent doctor. Most of my patients have recovered under my care. The rest couldn't be cured, so they all died.
That isn't bad news for me. So far, my cure rate is still 100 percent.
That means I'll have more patients and can conduct more experiments.
A doctor can't heal himself. I am the most severely ill of all.
It's a helpless situation, and every time a patient dies, my condition gets worse.
"Have you ever heard of someone who transmigrated? I was transmigrated in my past life. I watched that person take over my body and kill my family."
"I think there's another personality inside my head. He's hiding from me, and he wants to kill me, too."
"I fell in love with someone. She died, but somehow I love her even more now."
"Patient number 9527, your story sounds very real, and I believe you. So could you put down my SpongeBob and draw a card like a good patient?"
Nice
