A great fire engulfed Fengdu, and Emperor Yin Changping perished. Wang Fangping became the new ruler. Then a poem descended with a meteorite: "A thousand years of Yin Capital, a hundred years of kings; the cycle of yin and yang turns with Zhounan. The wounds of Fengdu's two emperors healed, and at last the Great Harmony returns." It stirred up a rebellion that had finally been quelled, and turmoil rose once more.
