Little Nemesis, Turns Out It's You

[School life + sweet romance + bickering rivals + childhood friends + comedy + constant teasing + drama]

“Twelve years! When can I finally get away from you?”

Lin Zao'er glared at the person in front of her, tears welling in her eyes.

Smack! A big hand landed on Lin Zao'er’s head and gave her a swat. Then he grabbed her by the back of the neck, holding her luggage in his right hand. “All right, quit acting and hurry up and register. You’re so slow, it’ll be dark by the time you’re done. I’m not waiting for you to eat.”

“Got it, got it. Stop grabbing my neck. Fine, don’t wait.” Lin Zao'er said, pulling Ji Lin’s hand away before heading toward the registration desk.

That’s right, Lin Zao'er and Ji Lin had known each other for twelve years. Ever since Ji Lin moved from City B to the house next door when they were six, they had attended the same school, grade, and class from elementary through high school, and even sat together. Lin Zao'er thought the college entrance exams would finally let her get away from Ji Lin and bring some excitement into her life.

Wait, what? They’d applied to the same university! At least they weren’t in the same major, which was some consolation to Lin Zao'er...

This is a childhood-friends romance. At first, neither lead realizes they like the other. Expect lots of bickering and comedy. Later, the heroine realizes the hero treats her differently, then figures out her own feelings and starts testing the waters and acting cute. Happy ending, lighthearted and funny throughout.
