I am very able to bring in Duan Yan and empathize with her because I am a bipolar type 2 patient. I am not severely affected by Duan Yan, but I am particularly good at pretending. I laughed and talked about my sad experiences, and joked with others about my unhappy things. When I smiled and said that I was in pain and wanted to end it, and when I laughed and told others that my heart rate was so fast that I couldn't breathe, no one believed it and thought that I was complaining for nothing. And one thing in the book is really true. When others are hurt or scolded, I will bring it to myself, and even feel more uncomfortable than the person involved. These will become part of my late-night thoughts. But I am quite lucky. Although my parents are very controlling and habitually deny me, they have now realized that there is something wrong with their ways and are slowly changing. I also have two or three friends who understand my condition, although I cannot tell them everything that is on my mind. My situation is much better than that of many patients, but I still envy Duan Yan because she has Dr. He, but I will probably never meet someone so patient with me in my life. In my impression, there was more malice than good intentions. At the same time, I despised myself and felt that I was not worthy of meeting a person as good as Dr. He. Now I just hope that I can find a suitable job early and become independent early, so that my parents will not interfere too much with me and I can go to see a well-known domestic doctor on my own. It's a very good book. I have deep feelings about the subject of depression. This book is also the best in the genre of [depression]. The descriptions are very detailed, but some parts are a bit esoteric and difficult to understand. The live broadcast section was a bit too convoluted. The heroine said that her mind is delicate, sensitive and fragile, but she gradually gained the determination to live with Teacher Kojima's company.
