Yue Lu comes back from the dead, but there is now another soul inside her. She then inexplicably enters a magic circle and is transported by the Staff of Kadus to the distant Middle Ages, where she uses magic and prophecy to help Arthur on his path to kingship. It seems as though everything is falling into place, but who would have guessed that every event is a card dealt by fate? Did someone use tarot cards to divine the future, or are the tarot cards themselves gods who arrange people's futures?
