This is my favorite novel. What I still remember is that she took the dog away after regaining her memory🐶. I have read two similar novels, both of which had a female protagonist who lost her memory and a male protagonist who cheated into getting married. In both cases, the male protagonist chased his wife in the crematorium. I think this one was better written and didn't take several years to reunite.
The male protagonist can clearly see his own heart, and then follow his heart to love the female protagonist. Although it is a bit like chasing his wife to the crematorium, at least he can forgive it, unlike some male protagonists who cannot forgive but still forgive.
