Rising to a Higher Dimension in the Apocalypse: Starting with Red Alert

Beneath the starry sky, amid the ruins of the apocalypse, a Red Alert base vehicle slowly comes to a stop in front of Song Kan. “Welcome, esteemed Commander.” Energy is scarce in the apocalypse? I have power plants. The population is plummeting, leaving no one to recruit? My barracks can manufacture cloned soldiers outright. Super-mutant zombies are invincible? My Tier Three Navy SEALs take them down with one shot each. Mutant sea beasts are attacking the naval port! Send out the giant squid! You think I only have Red Alert? You’re wrong. The futuristic tech from games like StarCraft and Warframe will help me ascend to a higher dimension! My goal: a Level Nine cosmic civilization!
