High-Probability Options Trading Mentality

Based on the asymmetric perspective of risk and return, this book puts forward the principle of high winning rate in option trading, and focuses on the option trading strategies that are most useful, effective and usable for traders. It puts forward the view that "selling options is selling insurance" and systematically summarizes the insurance properties and difficulty of making money of six basic strategies. The perspective is novel and practical, which helps readers deepen their understanding of basic strategies. This book focuses on transactions related to selling options, and puts forward the view that selling options is actually an estimate and pricing of the real-valued probability of an option contract. It then provides three methods for judging the real-valued probability of an option (delta value method, implied volatility method, and outlier observation method), thereby simplifying complex options trading into a simple and feasible trading method of probabilistic judgment (selecting the exercise price and exercise time) and pricing the probability (selecting the premium), so that option traders can find a starting point in actual combat. In addition, this book uses examples to briefly introduce the techniques of trading implied volatility and trading realized volatility under the delta neutral strategy, and briefly analyzes the key points of these two techniques. These two techniques are advanced techniques. At present, there are not many relevant domestic books covering them, and they are forward-looking to a certain extent.
