Two young men stood beneath the setting sun.
"A Qiu, what do you want to be when you grow up?" asked the boy in blue.
"What do you think? A swordsman, of course, so I can protect the people I care about," answered the boy in white, a piece of foxtail grass dangling from his lips.
"But there are so many people in the world. Your sword can't protect everyone."
His sword flashed like a roaming dragon, slicing through the bamboo in front of him.
"Then I'll grow stronger, step by step, until I'm strong enough to protect everyone in the world." The boy in white spat out the grass, his gaze firm and stubborn.
"I see." The boy in blue nodded, deeply convinced.
"What about you, Xiao Lan?"
"Me? I want to put an end to this age of chaos. Then everyone can go home." The boy in blue's gaze remained as clear as ever.
