The Sovereign Above All

How could she, a noble vampire of incomparable beauty, adored by everyone and able to make flowers bloom wherever she went, have fallen so low as to become a mere worker in the realm of the undead?!

After finally making it to retirement, all she wants is to settle down somewhere full of gorgeous women and handsome men.

The first time they meet, she catches the unique scent of his blood in the crowd. The next time, she discovers he’s the very blood of her dreams!

She’s never been able to resist a top-quality blood source, especially one who’s handsome and gentle. Of course she fell for him at first sight!

What? He’s as steady as a rock?

This is a high-level game. They say even the most aloof man can be worn down by a persistent woman. She refuses to believe this perfect blood source won’t fall for her. She has to win him over!

At first, she flashes him a seductive smile, sure she has him right where she wants him: “You’re done for, little guy. How could you possibly resist me?”

Later, he falls off his pedestal and her illusions shatter: “Wait, where’s that sweet, gentle ‘pretty boy’ I had my eye on?!”

A little scene:

Perfect Blood Source: “You said you like me?”

Gu Ci: “Yeah! I like you so, so much!”

Perfect Blood Source: “What do you like about me?”

Gu Ci: “Of course, your blood... No, no, I mean you, your heart, your soul, everything about you!”

Perfect Blood Source: “So you still like my blood, then?”

Gu Ci: “At first... Ahahaha, I’m not the kind of vampire who sees blood and loses her head...”

At the sight of blood offered up so willingly, Gu Ci’s eyes widened despite herself, her face alight with excitement.

Once she had feasted her fill, she became the meal.

Perfect Blood Source: “So you like my blood, huh?”

Gu Ci clutched her aching waist and shook her head frantically, refusing to admit it even if it killed her. Faced with the man he’d become, could she really admit it? Would she dare?
