[Heir to a Magistrate and Chief of the Criminal Investigation Squad]
When they first met, he was a detective and she was a murder suspect.
When they met again, he was her superior and she was the squad’s specially appointed forensic examiner.
An entire family dies under mysterious circumstances, their faces frozen in smiles, with a strange letter left at the crime scene.
Following the clues in the letter, she races from one murder scene to another, only to arrive one step too late each time.
Branded a suspect, she puts the Song family’s forensic techniques to work.
Together, they lift the veil of mystery, piece the clues together, and crack one bizarre case after another.
“Miss Song, please explain your motive for committing the crime.”
“Mr. Feng, you’re under arrest. Your crime is being in love!”
