Genshin Impact: I Am the Demon King of Teyvat

During the cataclysm in Khaenri'ah, the Heavenly Principles laid down a curse. A nation that should have flourished on the continent of Teyvat was reduced to ruins overnight, and its people became the lowest of monsters on the continent: Hilichurls.

Everyone knows that Khaenri'ah was a nation without divine protection. But perhaps its god had already been cursed too, becoming the world's first Hilichurl.

Ning Qiu awakens on a beach, inhabiting the body of a Hilichurl. Within him, another mysterious power lies dormant...

With the help of this power, he becomes the Hilichurl King. Gradually, he uncovers the truth behind the cataclysm...

From then on, Ning Qiu becomes a Demon God Emperor who stands alongside the Seven Archons. Determined to uncover the truth and bring justice to Khaenri'ah, he sets the lost and wandering Hilichurls on the road home...

In his everyday life, Ning Qiu has just one ordinary identity: a plush Hilichurl toy salesman traveling across Teyvat.
