Edgerunner: Ascension Through Machinery

[A Cyberpunk: Edgerunners fanfic]

In the dark, bewildering Night City, if David got another chance, could he have a better ending?

After watching the anime, Chen Mo couldn’t let go of its bitter ending. When he woke up, he had transmigrated into David’s body in Night City, on the night his mother, Gloria, got the Sandevistan.

Can he, “reborn” in this life, rewrite the fates he and Lucy were originally meant to meet in this city where chaos and order coexist?

The absurd, military technology, Kang Tao, Trauma Team: who are his enemies, and who can he do business with?

Or is humanity itself just a Ponzi scheme hidden behind a veil of tears?

But before he can judge any of that, he needs strength and value as an ally.

Chaos and order coexist; hope and despair stand side by side.

So, flesh is weak, and machines are the way to ascend!

That’s the true appeal of Cyberpunk!
