As a new mother who is seven months pregnant, I accidentally read this book and learned something. Many of the author's ideas coincide with mine. Although I am about to have the identity of a mother, more often than not, we must be ourselves and love ourselves, so that we can be good at any identity.
This book is really good! It reminded me of the time when my wife was a new mother and faced all the challenges and stresses she faced. Many of the ideas in this book are very enlightening, such as emphasizing that mothers should take care of themselves first in order to better take care of their children. I think this is not only helpful for new moms, but also inspiring for us husbands and families. We should understand and support mothers more so that they can be more calm and confident on the road to parenting.
After reading it, I felt a sense of peace.
Recently, I am struggling with the issue of returning milk or chasing milk. Just let nature take its course and stop worrying about it.
Well written, it makes people full of hope for life, and makes them feel that life is not only full of chicken feathers, but also sunny.
I also found out I was pregnant last year, so I started reading various parenting books. I benefited a lot from reading this book by Teacher Jiang. It is like a guiding light. It is very good.
