Synopsis

"Clinical Guidelines and Medical Records" was written in 1746 by Ye Gui of the Qing Dynasty. The book consists of 10 volumes and is divided into 89 sections. Among them, Volumes 1 to 8 cover internal medicine syndromes and miscellaneous syndromes, Volume 9 covers gynecology, and Volume 10 covers pediatrics. This book was called a model of clinical medical records by later generations. The famous names Fang Sang Ju Yin, Yin Qiao Powder, Qing Ying Decoction, and Qing Gong Decoction were adapted from this book.
