An Mo'mo, a frail Earthling, transmigrates and becomes one of the Blue Star people, a species long extinct in the interstellar empire. Then the marshal takes her straight home as a pet?
At their first meeting, the marshal threatens her: “If you don't behave, I'll send you to the Academy of Sciences to be dissected.”
Boohoo! And so the poor little Blue Star girl begins a life of “putting up with everything,” or rather, of “getting spoiled rotten”!
Everyone in the empire says Lu Ling is a madman who wants to drag the empire into hell. Countless politicians hope his mental powers will go berserk soon and kill him on the spot.
So why are the marshal's mental powers getting better and better?
An Mo'mo: Hello? Is this the “madman” you mean, the childish guy who throws a tantrum if he doesn't get cuddles?
Lu Ling: All of you, get lost! Don't get in the way of me cuddling my pet, or I'll kill you!
Years later, a certain adjutant, who prefers to remain unnamed, sees through it all: the marshal isn't keeping a pet at all. He's clearly pampering his wife.
[IMPORTANT NOTE] Interstellar people don't consider Blue Star people their equals. They will eventually recognize the Blue Star people's status, but at the beginning, things really are unequal, okay? So the early story is just about a master and pet cuddling. Don't read too much into it. Nothing happens below the neck!
