In the end, they use the Ten Artifacts to form a formation, sacrifice themselves without fear, seal the Evil God in the Tianshu Casket, and save all living beings.
Brief Outline
Shang Yu was once the master of the Shenlin Pavilion. The Heavenly Emperor Guanyu admired her and sent his clone, Jun Yan, to become one of her disciples.
After the ancient battle against the Heavenly Demons, the Ten Divine Artifacts once guarded by the ancient gods scattered across the world, bringing hidden dangers in their wake. In that battle, Shang Yu was cursed by the Evil God Xuan Ye. Her capacity for love was severed, and she had little time left to live. To change her fate, the Heavenly Emperor Guanyu spared no expense, helping her reincarnate and undergo rebirth again and again to overcome the curse.
Then the male lead, Zhan Jiuyuan, appeared. To recover Shang Yu's lost memories, the two joined forces to seek the Ten Primordial Divine Artifacts and awaken those memories. As they searched the Nine Provinces and Eight Wilds for the scattered artifacts, they uncovered the ten lives Shang Yu had lived and the ten untold chapters of her past.
From their first meeting to understanding and saving one another, the pair worked to save all living beings and thwarted the Heavenly Emperor Guanyu's plot to unify the Three Realms and destroy the mortal world. In the end, they lived freely in the human world, and the lovers were finally united.
