Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Manufacturing (2) - Compilation of Pilot Demonstration Projects (Consumer Goods Industry Volume)

In order to thoroughly implement the overall arrangements for the strategy of manufacturing a powerful country and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power, special actions for smart manufacturing pilot demonstrations have been organized and implemented for many consecutive years since 2015. Over the past three years, 206 pilot demonstration projects have been selected and determined, covering 30 provinces (cities, districts) and 82 industries, effectively driving social investment of 77 billion yuan. Before and after the intelligent transformation of these pilot demonstration projects, they have played a positive role in improving quality and efficiency, reducing costs and consumption, and improving core competitiveness of enterprises, and have strongly supported and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Pilot demonstration enterprises have formed a number of relatively mature, replicable, and promoteable new intelligent manufacturing models through pioneering trials and explorations. With the joint efforts of all parties, the special action has achieved remarkable results. The intelligent manufacturing promotion system has been basically formed, core equipment supply capabilities continue to increase, integrated service capabilities continue to improve, basic support capabilities continue to be consolidated, and the promotion and application of new models have achieved remarkable results. After organizing and publishing the first batch of 46 smart manufacturing pilot demonstration project cases, it provided reference for relevant regions, industries, and enterprises to implement smart manufacturing, and achieved good results. In order to expand the pilot demonstration effect and accelerate the promotion and application of typical experience of demonstration enterprises, this book is a compilation of the implementation status of smart manufacturing pilot demonstration projects in 2016 and 2017. It is divided into four volumes: "Electronic Information Industry Volume", "Equipment Manufacturing Industry Volume", "Raw Material Industry Volume" and "Consumer Goods Industry Volume", in order to continue to create a good atmosphere for the promotion of intelligent manufacturing in the whole society.
