Apocalypse: Saving Civilization with a Spark

[Alien civilization invasion + revolution + futurism + Earth reaches the stars + interstellar Red Army]

Down in the depths, yet still believing in the stars.

After a century of decline, human civilization has been reduced to the twilight of its years. Society runs by burning through the blood and flesh of the working class. The world is littered with starving people, capital monopolizes everything, theology overwhelms science, and Earth has become a hell without hope.

On the verge of collapse, humanity is invaded by a mysterious alien civilization, leaving its future hanging by a thread.

At the moment of life or death, people of vision take up the dragon-slaying sword left behind by those who came before.

An impractical fantasy?

Spare us the nonsense! Just watch the world turn upside down.

Marx, Ilyich, Kordashev, Korolev, and that man who speaks with a Hunan accent... The future of human civilization must be decided by the majority of humankind! The spark catches fire once more, red flags fly everywhere, and humanity returns to the stars!

With the long rope in our hands today, when shall we bind the blue dragon?
