[Alternate world + academy life + urban fantasy + spiritual qi revival]
In the Blue Star calendar year 2122, a wondrous energy known as spiritual qi revives across the Nine Provinces.
Shang Lingyi, a transmigrator from Earth, has lived on Blue Star for twenty years. By chance, he catches the eye of the head of the Spirit Control Sect, who takes him on as a personal disciple. He thinks he's on his way to glory and success, like a fish turning into a dragon once it reaches the water. But when he arrives at the Spirit Control Sect's headquarters, he learns that the old man has tricked him!
Hanling Institute of Engineering? Did he take a wrong turn? Sure enough, the old man tells him to go inside!
In the principal's office at Hanling Institute of Engineering, a seventy-year-old man stands quietly by the window, his chin tilted slightly upward, looking very much like a worldly recluse.
And so, clutching an admission letter from Hanling Institute of Engineering, he walks out of the principal's office and becomes a proud student of Hanling Institute.
He is only eight years old! He's got more than ten years' head start on everyone else.
