This book is like a picture of the poets of the Tang Dynasty, vividly showing their stories and poems in front of us. Reading Tang poetry not only allows us to understand history, but also finds our own emotional resonance in it. Just like "Red beans grow in the south, and a few branches will grow when spring comes", a simple sentence can express a deep feeling of lovesickness. I think of a friend of mine who works out of town. Every time he reads a poem like this, he will think of his family and friends far away.
