Apocalypse: World Within a World

In Year 21 of the Wasteland, humanity's living conditions grew ever harsher. A scheme involving all of mankind as its game board quietly began to unfold. No one knew that a signal had slipped into a twin plane of existence, drawing an "ordinary" young man into a civilization's plan that had been ages in the making. The twists of fate were so coincidental.

The protagonist, Li Zhiyue, becomes entangled with the wasteland world in a tale of humanity's downfall and self-discovery.

The story begins on a somber note before rising to a brighter one, with sweeping yet detailed settings and deeply developed characters. No brainless decisions, and no saintly do-gooders.
