Stockpile supplies, or stockpile even more supplies. Build a survivor base and let the zombies roam and monsters multiply outside. At least you could sleep in peace.
You might even enjoy a few barbecues and some sugary soda. While everyone else is starving and dizzy, you'd be fretting over what to eat tomorrow. What can you do? You just have too many supplies.
Want a meal? Then get to work! You have to work hard to earn your food.
Just so we're clear, there's food and nothing else. The other perks aren't suitable for the apocalypse.
