The Immortal Inquiry Platform

[No romance] [Strong female lead] [Repays kindness and settles scores]

Everyone says that Heaven and Earth are not benevolent, treating all things like straw dogs. Little do they know that the immortals across the sky are no different: they command and enslave mortals, treating them like blades of grass. Then one day, Heaven and Earth were enraged. Countless immortals fell into the Abyss of Darkness, and for thousands of years, no one beneath the heavens has ascended to immortality.

In the remote city of Yunlai, in the kingdom of Aolai, Meng Ziyuan has been an orphan since childhood. She was born with the Five Elements Spiritual Root, considered the most useless kind. Yet even as a young girl, her sole aim is to become an immortal and founder, and attain eternal life.

It should be nothing but a foolish dream. But a sudden bolt of heavenly fire leaves Meng Ziyuan gravely injured, and a white orb and a black sword hilt appear in her mind. What are they, and where will they lead her?
