The original intention of publishing this collection of Fu Ying's essays is to enhance mutual understanding between China and the world. This is the author's second published collection of essays. The content is mainly about how to see the world and is designed to respond to some issues of international concern at that time. The collection is divided into nine chapters, including world order, global pattern and China's role, Sino-US relations, Sino-Russian relations, East Asian issues, and the situation in the South China Sea. Some of the contents are published publicly for the first time in China. At a time when the international situation is undergoing complex and profound changes, I hope this book can help readers better understand and grasp the situation and trends of China's foreign policy and international relations.
