By a twist of fate, An Yingying turns into a mosquito. After the emperor swats her dead for the second time, she decides they are sworn enemies, at least on her side.
She never imagined that her enemy would summon her to the palace and make her empress! Fine, then. She’ll have to show him what she can really do!

On her second day, the emperor “happily” rolls up his sleeves and cooks for her.
On her third day, the emperor “gleefully” spends hours painting her a beautiful portrait.
Everyone marvels at what a heavenly romance they have.
Then, on the empress’s nth day in office, word gets around that the emperor wants to have a baby with her.

That night, the empress swings a giant hammer and pounds the emperor into a tiny scrap of paper.
