Book of Ashes

I've read half of it and made some comments. First is the advantage. As a high school student, I admire the author for being able to write long novels. The world view is also very interesting. It can be seen that the author has a rich imagination. The story is not imbecile and does not require long and deep thinking. In short, it is very suitable for people like me who use novels as a pastime. I can understand what is being said. Then there are the drawbacks. The author wanted to write about knives, and I also like knives. However, this knife is like a magic knife that can shrink. It stabbed but not completely. The character died but I was not very sad. It is not a qualified knife. The author is still lacking in exaggerating emotions and making readers empathize.

It's well written, why has no one commented on it? The good ones, um, give me a feeling of medieval British classics, and then also bring in Western fantasy, magic and the like, uh, classical fantasy? From the moment I separated the Book of Ashes and the Book of Eternal Life, I couldn't stand it anymore. Well, I have to come back to comment. I don't deny other people's opinions, but I think this is one of the best novels I can see on Tomato so far. Different from other novels, this one has a unique world view. The connection of the plot is also very coherent. Those who say it is not logical may be jumping to read it. There is no logical problem in the development of the plot. Because the organization Tianping wants to achieve the ending it wants, readers who have not seen the ending feel that the protagonist's behavior is illogical. In terms of character setting, people like Claire, Carlos and others are all very vividly portrayed. Next, let's talk about some shortcomings. In fact, what happens in the real world and the contract world can be unfolded in dual lines, and the story content will be fuller. The ending is not bad, and two people are born who awaken their consciousness of resistance, but the ending is too sloppy. There is so much foreshadowing for Zero but it immediately becomes a trend. The same goes for Lucifer. I feel that these two characters are a pity. All in all, this book has a certain place in my heart.

The language organization is very strong, and the application of logic is also very good. Overall, it is a very good book. Unfortunately, human nature and ruthlessness never allow too much perfection to explain a wonderful novel; this is just an objective evaluation of this book.
