My doubts were solved after reading Uncle Phil's book that specifically explains time personality. It turns out that time orientation is not single, and all time orientations exist at the same time. After taking the test, I found that I have a high past negative time orientation. According to the information I checked, this is the most predictable time orientation. It made me aware of my own problem with time perception. Next, I will pay more attention to my time orientation in life and insist on having a more adaptable evaluation of the past.
This book gave me a new perspective on time. I like the classification of time perspectives in the book. It allows me to understand how different time perspectives affect life. Among them, my favorite character is the author himself. He explains complex psychological concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way, which makes people benefit a lot. Many of the plots in the book resonated with me, such as how to balance work and life and how to use time more effectively. Overall, this is a good book worth reading.

This book introduced the six dimensions of time and gave me a good enlightenment about time.
In fact, it is still very good, but some of the concepts are indeed wrong, and the understanding of capital is insufficient.
Be grateful for the past and work hard now
