His assessment of historical figures is spot-on, but I kind of hate the character who makes mistakes in his letters, just like I do sometimes. This reminds me of The General History of the World, both of which provide a more comprehensive understanding of world history. All in all, this is a book worth reading.
The writing is quite good, objective and rational, with a certain overall view of history, a very profound analysis of capitalism, and a sincere love for my daughter. Compared with the beautified history books we usually see, it is quite superior.
This good book: five-star review
