"The Adventures of Huckleberry" Huckleberry is a smart, kind and brave white boy. He fled to the Mississippi River in pursuit of a free life. On the way to escape, he met Jim, a black slave. Jim was a hard-working, simple, enthusiastic, honest, and loyal black slave. In order to escape the fate of being sold again by his master, he ran away from his master's home. They drifted together on the Mississippi River and lived a free life. The two became good friends. Huckleberry went through all kinds of hardships for Jim's freedom, and finally learned that Jim's master had liberated him in his will.
