Journey to the West: Bringing Zixia Back to Life

After enduring countless trials and tribulations, the four masters and disciples returned from their pilgrimage. Sun Wukong gave the peaches of immortality to the ailing Zixia, and she began to fall for him. When Sun Wukong was in danger, Zixia came to his rescue. After she saved his life several times, affection quietly blossomed between them. But before the pilgrimage was over, the two went to the Jade Emperor and asked him to arrange for Zixia to marry Sun Wukong when they returned. They then went their separate ways. After overcoming the Eighty-One Tribulations and returning with the scriptures, Zixia had disappeared…

Sun Wukong was imprisoned. Wu Zhiqi, Tang Sanzang, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing stormed the Celestial Court and fought the heavenly host.
