The Underworld King's Queen

While collecting souls, Black and White Impermanence encounter Ming Yang, whose allotted years are up but whose soul refuses to leave her body. Even the Netherworld Lord cannot do anything to her. The Maiden of the Hour of the Ox stirs up trouble, using her beauty to lure in countless ancient ferocious beasts eager to devour her spirit. Strange phenomena erupt wherever she goes, so she clings to the King of the Underworld and begs, “Lord of the Netherworld, save me!” The King of the Underworld gets jealous when he sees someone else protecting her, only to realize that it is a doppelganger he himself left behind in a past life. So all that fuss was just him being jealous of himself. Later, she turns the Netherworld upside down with her noisy antics, and the King of the Underworld coaxes her: “My little troublemaker, don't make me lose face in front of the eighteen judges!”
