The ancient Martial God Qitian was feared for his world-destroying power. He was defeated by the Seven Warriors, a band of elite fighters, and his body was shattered. The Seven Warriors sealed his soul for a thousand years.
A millennium later, Qitian’s seal was lifted. As he broke free, his soul possessed Yang Ze, a pathetic live-in son-in-law who had nearly been killed.
Yang Ze inherited the Martial God’s power. As he searched for the Seven Warriors, he rose from a nobody to a powerhouse who could look down upon the world, and ultimately won the heart of the woman he loved.
