"Liang Dong Speaks of Zhuangzi·Xiaoyaoyou" is the seventh part of the "Liang Dong Speaks of Zhuangzi" series. It tells us that the greatest joy in life is Xiaoyaoyou. In "Xiaoyaoyou", Zhuangzi tells us: The so-called truth may also be an illusion. The world itself is a huge unreal reality, or the world itself is a very real illusion.
In a word, Zhuangzi uses the entire "Xiaoyaoyou" to talk about one thing - how not to be kidnapped by various things. The reason why you can't be a carefree and carefree person is because you are still kidnapped by the things you like most and can't let go of.
Forget about the kidnapping of concepts, the kidnapping of good and bad, the kidnapping of time, the kidnapping of size, the kidnapping of presence and absence... All of these may actually be the product of our consciousness, or it is both real and illusory. In fact, your knowledge comes from your vision and perspective. A person with a narrow perspective can easily see the darkness in others; a person with a broad perspective can easily see opportunities everywhere in the world, and they can even use them for their own use.

The first time I came into contact with Teacher Liang Dong was through his book "Sleep". He said that the second word should read "sleep", which means "feeling", and "sleep" is for awakening. Very impressed. Now I am reading his "Liang Jie "Zhuangzi"" series because I read the sentence "Those who are addicted to desires are shallow in nature, and those who are heavy on externals will be clumsy on the inside." I wanted to understand Zhuangzi in depth, but I was worried that the original text was obscure and convoluted, so I first found popular books to maintain my enthusiasm and interest in classics. Let me talk about the review first. It is a fascinating sentence. Anyway, I have read it myself. I should have already put it on the agenda to follow up. Naturally, it is a good review. As for the feelings, they are easy to understand and well-founded in one word. Not much more to say, let's continue reading…
This book is very interesting! Liang Dong interpreted Zhuangzi's "Xiaoyaoyou" in an easy-to-understand way, which gave me new thinking about life. Just like in "Dong Wu Theory of Relativity", he can always inspire people from a unique perspective. His writing is smooth and it's easy to get immersed in the story. This reminds me of another book "Zhuangzi Tells Stories", which also interprets Zhuangzi's thoughts in a relaxed way.
Persist in doing things in the right direction: "Knowing to the extreme is action, and practice to the extreme is knowledge."
Now, in the book explaining "Zhuangzi", I think Teacher Feng Xuecheng's explanation is very thorough. He interprets "Zhuangzi" with Zen thinking.
The writing is good and easy to understand. It also provides some comparisons with similar foreign philosophies and the development trends of modern society. It provides circumstantial evidence and could be written in more depth.
Easy to understand and benefit a lot
The most important thing is simplicity. If you slowly understand and experience simple things, you will find that we have never really lived.
